Which type of number is best ?

There are several different types of 08 numbers with varying costs and advantages.  Call me now and we can talk through the options. 

I will suggest the best type (or types) for your business.  The links on the left hand side will take you to our brief overview of the different types of numbers and their costs. 

For those who have never had a 08 number before, it is a very simple process. The 08 number 'sits' on your existing landline (or mobile - but this is a more expensive option). All the calls made to your 08 number are answered on your phone as normal.  Anything your current phone does such as call forwarding or using an answering machine - the 08 number will do the same.

There is no software or equipment to install in your premises. You DO NOT need any additional phone lines. Your current line and number can still be used for both outgoing and incoming calls.

All our numbers are transferable - you can take them with you if you move. This avoids the need to change your phone number in adverts, letterheads etc - a huge cost saving while still keeping continuity of your number for existing customers.  You can either contact us and we will re-direct the number for you, or if you use our on-line control panel, you can do this yourself.
