Much more than a simple phone number

There are several features that can be added to your 08 number to add to the benefit of your business.  These features can often give you the advantages of a larger business - without the need to install software or new and expensive telecom equipment.

Any single feature listed in the box costs £4.95 per month - or £50 per annum if billed annually. Any additional feature ordered at the same time will only cost an extra £2 per month or £20 per annum  Caller Announcer - Ideal if you run your businesses from home - or if you have more than one business. This service allows you to determine if the incoming call is a business or personal call by identifying which 08 number has been used to call you. When the call comes through to you a message is 'whispered' (for example - this is a call for "your business name"). This lets you answer the call in a professional manner instead of using your own name. The person calling you will not notice any difference - they will only hear a ring tone.    Voicemail to email - If your call is not answered after an agreed number of rings, the call can be forwarded to your own voicemail.  This will record your incoming message on the network and forward it to you by email. The email will include an attachment (a .wav file) which you can listen to through your computer.  In addition, you will be advised of any missed calls in the same way. (Unless the caller's number is with held.)    Divert on busy - Avoid frustration of missed calls with this great feature.  If you are on the phone (engaged), away from your desk or out of the office, the incoming call on the 08 number can be forwarded to ring a different number. Your phone will never give an engaged tone or ring without an answer.  Link this to our voicemail service (see above) and you will truly never miss a call again !   Call queue - Let incoming calls queue on our network which avoids you having to install extra phone lines. Have the option to play music while the call is on hold, advise callers of their place in the queue or play our standard messages to them while they are waiting.   Time / Date divert- Set your number to forward to different landlines/mobiles for weekdays and weekends or day time and evening calls. Ideal if you work in an office during the day, but want calls forwarded to your mobile in evenings. Your incoming faxes are converted to an email attachment and forwarded directly to your current email address.  This means you can pick up your faxes anywhere that you can access your emails and store faxes on your computer.  No more wasted ink on unwanted spam faxes.

 Auto attendant - Create a professional impression for your callers with a 'greeting' message - 'Thank you for calling business name press button 1 for sales, 2 for accounts etc. The call can then forward to any number you wish (or even the same number to create the impression that your business has more than one department).
